Majandra Delfino just wrote this in her online diary:
"Okay, well. A lot has been happening lately. Devon wrote this brilliant short film and we have been getting ready to film it. We will film it all on Sunday. I'm really looking forward to it.
Acting, as a profession, can become so flat at times. Acting in this short and getting to be directed by, as well as act with, someone like Devon is so nice, it reminds me why I love to act. You need those reminders from moment to moment. There are so many instances that make you questions "do I like this and why?" and then you get these little creative gifts from time to time that show you "yes you like it and no you'll never know why, you just do". That explanation makes it even more mystical and addictive.
After we shoot it we will edit it and try and get a feature made where he can direct and I can be in it and we can recreate that feeling of enlightenment all over again. Lucky me eh?"
