The show:
In the 19th century, a young well-bred woman from Boston, Doctor Michaela Quinn, leaves her town and family and moves to the frontier town of Colorado Springs. Not only does she have to fit in but she also has to fight to get accepted by the citizens who clearly disapprove a woman being a doctor. A real struggle and problems Doctor Quinn will brilliantly overcome.
Devon's role and summary of the episode:
In this episode, Doctor Quinn goes back home to Boston with her adopted children (Matthew, Colleen and Brian) when her mother falls ill. Later on, Sully will meet up with Michaela to her great surprise.
Devon plays one of the children's cousins. During a family lunch, he and another cousin are arguing with little Brian and Matthew over the Indian's problems.
Beside this scene, Devon doesn't appear much and we can only catch a glimpse of him during a few scenes when the whole Quinn family is assembled.
